Applied online, received an email in 3 days to arrange a pre screened telephone call, was asked about my availability and given opportunity to ask questions about the job role.
After this a short 15min telephone interview with the MD was arranged on a mutually scheduled date. Was asked about my understanding of the role advertised, my current role and reasons for wanting to apply. Was informal and no trick questions, MD was very friendly and again explained the role in full detail.
1h later i recieved an email stating i was successful and was invited for an interview which consisted of 2 stages.
Stage 1: Was asked routine questions all employers ask, was informal, lasted 1h. At the end of the interview i was told i was successful and scheduled the second stage interview for which i was given a task to compete and present.
2nd stage .. involved going over the task i competed which is relevant to my position and something i would be doing in my role.
Went well and was told i will be contacted of the outcome. Same day got a call for the job offer.
Overall took 2/3 weeks from application to job offer.
