I applied online. I interviewed at Linfox Logistics in Dec 2025
Interview
The usual interview process, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. My complaint is with the poor talent acquisition and subsequent recruitment processes.
You are looking to hire someone for the role but the "business case" was not approved yet, took months to get the business case approved after the whole interview process was done only then to receive what I'd describe an unsatisfactory number, especially for a non-permanent role.
The whole process and experience can be described as pre-2000s at best, I was barely even born then!
Every stage required me to continually follow up to the point of driving people crazy. I really wonder how other candidates would feel if they are invested in getting a role here. Really a curious case.
