Linkage Biosciences interview questions

They scheduled me for an interview the next day since they were moving quickly. 2h30m interview with 6 people. First round was 2 people in the department. Second round was the manager. Third round was someone outside the department. Last round was 2 people who were formerly in the department and were promoted out. A few background and behavioral questions. The last pair straight up said they didn't know why they were part of the interview process. I felt like it didn't need to be so long of an interview. I did not receive an offer, but was thanked for my time and for coming in on short notice. The manager did not provide feedback or reasons for their decision.
