Lipa Later interview questions

Fairly easy with a friendly hiring manager. The problem is that HR will not attempt to give feedback. They are also quite rigid on timing which indicates they do not expect you to have any other thing you do with your time. I believe that is very indicative of the culture that is described throughout their reviews and employer experience. I would not recommend it.

Had 3 interviews. One with HR, BD Team and CEO. The first was very structured with a lot of sales and account manager related questions. The last interview is focused on being the right fit (culture, values).
