Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. Afterwards I went into a technical interview were they asked me about my experience and I had time to make an assesment. Later on I got an invite for another interview to evaluate if I was a match for the values and culture of the company. Later on I was offered a proposal.

Interview
Straight forward. Short and sweet. Two rounds. One with technical managers and one with upper management. Questions as a casual conversation and asked technical details about experience, opinion about tech stacks and personal work style. When explaining past experience, be specific to demonstrate knowledge. Also, basic development questions.

I remember being asked about past work experience in an attempt to catch my level of expertise. Also, we discussed which technologies we preferred or not. Basic questions about development, such as explaining what is going on "behind the curtains" with the code when we run day to day commands.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews.
1st round: Designers.
Introduction of myself, themselves and the company. Talked about way of working, previous experience, ambition, etc.
2nd round interview: Chief Product Officer
After introducing ourselves we talked about the company, where we think digital assets are heading, trading in general, and so forth.
3rd round interview: CPTO
Short light-hearted talk after which I immediately got hired.
General advice: come prepared to the interview. Know what you want to tell them about yourself, take initiative where needed, and ask them relevant questions. Be transparant and truthful.
