Three interviewers that basically ignore all your resume experience. They really could not account for what the position involved. The team evidently believes if you can solve riddles on a white board about paint fill commands then you can also code complex business apps. I failed to see the relation. Virtually no architecture questions. Lots of whiteboard questions. I cannot understand why a company thinks taking away intellisense, dev studio and all documentation is any indication of how someone can develop business application solutions. Maybe if it was 1960 and we were all still using Cobol...This was clearly an interview that was not interested in the candidates experience and how their skills march their success. Instead, it was I am smarter than you and I will ask you random things to prove it.
