I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2022
Interview
First part was a simple introduction of the position and the applicant. Second half was question about software concepts. This included basic questions about data structures and language specific notation.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
