As expected with a defense company, had to fill out lots of background info. Several questionnaires after the initial application. No HR screening. Had a 45-60min video call with the hiring manager and received an offer 2 weeks later. Interview questions were mostly behavioral and felt more conversational.

Tell me about a time you used a large data set to solve a problem.
They were so nice even though i did not get the role they gave me a few interview tips that were very helpful. They had very good interview etiquette so it was easy to talk to them.

Interview
It was very positive! They sent me a link for a TEAMS meeting and told me who I would be interviewing with. The interview was about 45 minutes long and was very insightful.
