I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was at a networking conference so it was probably different from the normal process, it was very fast paced. I had 3 people interviewing me at once, I assume one of them was from a different section. Two of them seemed to be engineers while the third one was a recruiter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about past work you're proud of and many questions explaining how you work in a group.
Was reached out to the other day and they asked me to fill out a few forms. I am still waiting on an interview date as of now but I will be reading more into the position, salaries, etc. Additionally, there are many locations for Lockheed Martin so I would ideally wan to work in a location that is near a larger city and offers me the ability to work with other skilled engineers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Very quick. Phone interview or Skype interview with questions related to past experiences and your goals for the future. No technical questions were answered since it in a junior engineer position.

A series of in person 1 on 1 interviews with different managers. At a local hotel because the site is restricted access. Very relaxed compared to other interviews I've had.
