Talked with recruiter at career fair, interviewed later that day. Interview was odd, started off with tell me about yourself then interviewer talked about typical turnover rate and how people no longer spent entire life at company.

The interview was a smooth comfortable experience. They just wanted to get to know me and expand a few things about my resume. It was only one interview and I knew within a week their decision.
