Interview
The process was relatively fast, although it took 3 months from application to interview. The interview itself was pretty relaxed. They flew me out to a location to interview and only took a few hours.

Question 1
Describe one time you had to work with a difficult team member.
Standard star interview with how you handle situations with no trick questions. The panel interview went over my resume and discussed each bullet. They also asked about my manufacturing experience in my past job and how those skills can be applied to that site.
Very straightforward, mostly behavioral questions. Prepare some stories to relate to the questions asked by the interviewers. Basic zoom panel interview each interviewer will be asking a questions. Prepare as much as possible.

Interview
Quick 30 minute phone call which went over behavioral questions and then moved to an on site interview with team members. The on site was about a 30min-1hr panel discussion/interview of mostly behavioral questions again then walked around the manufacturing facility. Technical questions came up during discussion, just know your stuff.
