Very simple. They focus highly on personality traits and past experiences. Very friendly and easy to talk with as well. They do not dive very deep into your technical knowledge during the interview but are very interested in trying to understand what your interests are so that they put you in the right team.

They looked at one of my past projects and asked me to explain more about it.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
