The interview process was great. The two people interviewing me made it feel like a conversation and not like they were attacking me. It went very fluid I thought and I felt very comfortable.

Phone screen + one interview with the manager/director. The questions are largely behavioral, no need to expect anything too technical beyond basic Excel functions (i.e. LookUps, Ifs, Pivot Tables, etc.) Know the STAR method because that's primarily the structure of the questions and answers they're looking for.

Hour long zoom interview. Lots of questions asked. Met with the hiring manager and two others. The questions asked were basic and did not go into much detail about accounting knowledge.
