I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
My interview was through INROADS so my process may be a bit different. I was interviewed panel style so do not be surprised if there is more than one person in the room. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but you should make sure to send the same energy back to them. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I would actually encourage you to write down a few questions and have an elevator speech ready.
