I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was based around the STARS concept as well as personality and experience based type questions. The interview started off with describing my background and my current experience. I was then informed of the job, its roles and responsibilities. Then I was led into a questionnaire asked by 3 different people on 3 different topics: technical, personality, and behavioral. It was very professional and they offered me the opportunity to ask questions, as well. It afforded me the opportunity to be sure this was a job that I was truly interested in and see if my skills matched what they were looking for in their potential candidate.

One half is behavioral, the second half was technical on c++ questions. The interview was easy and overall good experience. Behavioral ones are tell me a time in STAR format.
