Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Loft9 interview process. The Loft9 talent team strives to make each candidate experience a positive one, regardless of outcome, and we apologize that your experience didn’t meet this target. Loft9 Associates, whether engaged on a project or not are offered an opportunity to support the Loft9 recruiting process by leading interviews for the Firm. Each interview lead receives training and works from a thoughtfully-designed interview template that enables us to be consistent in sharing information about the firm and the questions we ask candidates. We then use these responses in our final evaluation. And at a minimum, 3 interviews and a written assignment must be completed before we extend an offer of employment. Training aside, there’s always room to improve and we will share your feedback with our talent team to see what we can do to improve the experience in the future.
