Interview
Interview process contained three stages - a written test, a technical face to face interview and a HR interview
Written test was basically a MCQ test along with two programming questions and was language independent.
Technical test covered the basic OOPS concepts.
HR round was just HR's attempt to know you and your priorities.
There was a bond of 1.5 yrs without any liability against it. The training period was of 3 months.

Interview was really co-operative and the level of questions were moderate. Firstly it was theoretical and after that there were few programming questions and lastly there were couple of questions of aptitude.

Interview
Pretty good. Both theoretical questions plus coding questions were there covering wide spectrum of questions. Interviewer was pretty decent and supportive. The interview held virtually via Skype vedio call and it went so well.
