Lengthy but very chill interviewers and very friendly people. asked many relevant questions and was very nice. Other staff seem very friendly as welll. Had good conversations outside of the interview too.

I did the first two interview online, both about 1-2 weeks apart, both pertaining to technical skills and communication skills and was invited on site for a facility tour to get to know me better

Mostly technical questions and conflict management
Very rude interviewers, so called superiors to this position. Lack of respect towards the interviewee. Gave a very bad first impression on the whole image of leaders in Lonza. Zero professionalism
