Luminate Digital interview questions

They cancelled my video call interview one working day before it was due to take place. I was instead asked to fill out a short Google Forms document that contained very basic questions that would have suited a graduate rather than an experienced designer. This meant that I had to rearrange my schedule twice and there was no proper explanation given for changing the interview process, other than that it was "due to the volume of applications." I felt that this was very unprofessional and I couldn't fathom how they would be able to shortlist candidates from such vague questions. It was very clear that they hadn't anticipated receiving such a large amount of applicants and they hadn't prepared an in-depth job specification for the role in advance, which they could have used to find the most suitable candidates for the position.
