Horrific, only the loudest and over-confident get listened to, just don't bother unless you're a drama kid. Didnt even get a reply back, the staff were rude and hated it the whole time.

Question 1
Various show and tell like situations had to give a guy a hand massage, was really weird
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lush (Swansea, Wales) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied by sending my CV and cover letter to Lush. They replied a few weeks later stating I had a group interview. There were about 25 of us and 5 members of staff. We started by showing out right to work documents then had a look around the store. The staff introduced each other and put us into groups of around 6/7 where we completed 4 tasks in these teams. This included a massage bar demo, bath bomb (or favourite lush product) demo, a get to know each other (three things) task and then a feedback task. The interview was fairly relaxed and comfortable, everyone was very happy/positive, however I feel that being in groups with so many loud/overly confident people was a disadvantage for many people. Personally there were 3 girls in particular in my group who were loud and constantly talking so the other members could hardly get a word in, this made me feel like I didn’t seem as confident or as interested/passionate to the Lush staff, therefore not being able to show my true ability and self. It’s a shame because depending who was picked to be in your group could really affect how you come across to the Lush team, therefore the interview was unfair. It’s also a shame we didn’t get a short one-to-one interview, so overall I wasn’t impressed by the way the group interview process. My advice would be to have smaller groups allowing everyone to have a fairer chance of showing their ability.

Question 1
Find out 3 things about your partner and report back to the whole or the team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lush
Interview
Customer- sales assistant role play, team building exercises, it was a group interview, it was very fun and comfortable, staff were very supportive. Every lush store is different but same idea
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Croydon, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Lengthy but rewarding, many stages to the interview which can be intense and competitive but being confident helped me with this. Began with a group interview, next stage was a solo interview accompanied with a trial shift on the shop floor for 30 minutes.
