Step 1. 30-minute recruiter interview Step 2. 1-hour technical interview Step 3. Invited into a 5-hour interview but canceled with no explanation. Perhaps the company is hurting financially, perhaps this was ageism, or perhaps it was some other valid reason. Regardless, this was an unprofessional way to treat a candidate.

Everybody that I talked to was very nice and the process was as pleasant as possible. First there was a phone screen, then a technical screen and the last one was a 6 hour onsite. Onsite was 6 interviews, 5 of which - technical. Challenges were interesting and interviewers were very helpful.
