I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft in Apr 2021
Interview
Recruiters were engaged and positive. I really enjoyed conversing with them through the whole process. After getting a synopsys of the interview process I studied and prepared based on what they discussed would be covered. The first interview, the "tech screen", i felt was fair and evaluated my ability to perform real job functions. After moving on to the full on-site, I was also pleasantly surprised by the interview format, evaluating the kind of skills I'd use for day to day tasks rather than forcing algorithms. I overall had a great experience and a lot of fun going through the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Toronto, ON) in May 2026
Interview
My experience wasn’t great with Lyft.
During my system design interview, my interviewer kept silent most of the time.
No communication, and he seems to end my interview session as soon as possible.
Be careful about this
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Process is good. Not too exhaustive and they respond quickly. Recruiters are great too. I cleared all my interviews and I am in team matching since a very long time. Lyft does not give you an offer even after clearing interviews.
