Enjoyed the application process, they asked for short answers to a few questions in the application. These were brought up in the interview process along with relevant role specific questions. Had Two interviews on phone and one in person.

If I were to ask your manager to describe you, what would they say?
5 interviews including a case study as the final interview. One had 1 week to prepare the case study. Very smooth and efficient process. Overall a nice experience and great feedback.
