I applied online. I interviewed at Lynx Automation in May 2025
Interview
They used an outside agency to gather a pool of candidates for this position. After the initial phone interview, the next round was with the CEO. The conversation went well and next steps were outlined, but then I was ghosted entirely by both the outside agency and the CEO. No follow up on next steps, rejection letter, anything. I followed up with both parties over the next few weeks and had the same experience of complete silence.
It was a relatively poor experience, considering I had spent a decent amount of time researching the company, its product, and reviews, and to have received no further communication after that initial conversation was a bit unprofessional from the organization.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lynx Automation (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was intense and grilling, involving rapid fire technical questions, problem solving challenges, and scenario based discussions that tested both my knowledge depth and ability to think under pressure.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lynx Automation in Dec 2024
Interview
Unfortunately, the entire process demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for my time and efforts.
Firstly, in all three interview rounds, the interviewers were consistently late. In the first round, I was even falsely accused of not showing up on time, despite being present the entire time. It was only later that I discovered this appears to be a recurring issue with them.
The behavior of your CTO, N, during the later stages of the interview was nothing short of obnoxious. Instead of fostering a collaborative and professional discussion, he seemed more interested in stepping over me and trashing my past experience, which appeared to be a deliberate attempt to create leverage for negotiations. Furthermore, it was evident that he lacked both subject matter expertise and a basic understanding of programming, which made the experience incredibly frustrating and unproductive.
