A current employee submitted my resume, believing that I would be a good fit for the company. The subsequent interview process consisted of three interviews, each lasting approximately one hour.

What is your experience in managing the month-end closing process and how have you ensured the accuracy and completeness of financial statements? Can you discuss a complex accounting issue that you have resolved in your previous role? How did you approach the issue and what was the outcome? How have you ensured compliance with accounting standards and regulations in your previous roles? Can you provide an example of a time when you identified and resolved a compliance issue?
