Interview
The process begins with a HR screening call. After that there is a psychrometric test to evaluate some of your personality traits and cognitive reasoning abilities. There is then a behaviour interview with several members fo the team, and a small portion move on to the technical test before offer.

Met with the COO, HR person, and Technical person. Each of them asked a few questions. The HR person was nice, the COO was too cold and asked random questions,
