MASCORP Customer Service Agent (CSA) interview questions

It was quite long. Includes an exam and interview. After exam you need to wait and they will call you 1 by 1 for initial interview with the HR. Then if you're qualified for final interview, you'll be asked to stay in the room. As for the other applicants who were not chosen, they will be adviced to apply again after 6 months.
