X2 in person interviews with CEO and wider team to assess technical skills and dynamics with the wider team. This involved quick fire one on one interviews with each team member
Really welcoming interview process. Was able to meet not just with leadership team but also get first hand insight from some of the other AE's. Started with an initial call, followed by an in person meeting with direct report and then final online meeting with leadership team.
