Very Informal and friendly. Asked more about personality and goals as opposed to technical questions. HR were friendly as were the partners and never felt intimidated - made to feel at ease with the interviewer.

I applied online and was invited to a first stage interview online, at the end of the interview I was told that I will be invited to the second stage in person and she would be in touch to arrange. A week went by I heard nothing, I contacted them they never responded to me until 2 weeks after telling me they decided to go with another candidate who had relevant experience. They already knew the experience I had on the CV and they delayed responding for weeks even after I followed up. I simply did not appreciate being told you will be invited to a second stage and then ghosting me!
