The role was through a head hunter and I attended the interview at their office conducted by the CEO and CFO (Philippinos). MCT was acquired by Ayalla Group, a Company from Philippines and the organisation is going through significant changes.
I felt the interviewers were raicist, insulting the local work culture - they describe the Company work culture as "This Company is bring run like a China Man Company" and the CFO mentioned it 2 during a 10 minute interview. While I appreciate their honesty, I belief a level of professionalism needs to be maintained.
I felt the interview was totally a waste of time as they only asked 2 questions and they made their decision based on outlook. They didn't bother to discuss my experiences and achievements in my previous jobs as they only talk on general basis.
