MITRE Lead Cyber Security Engineer interview questions

I was presented with a phone screening about a week after applying. The questions were centered around my past experience in relation to the position I was applying for. Unfortunately the required qualifications were written more toward a management position when they were actually looking for more of a technically savvy candidate.
