Went through four interviews. 1. A phone call interview with HR, who then scheduled a shadowing for a few hours at one of the campuses for the next day 2. Shadowed with one of the tutors. About ten other interviewees were there and were unaware this would be a group interview. 3. During the shadowing was interviewed by the dean at that campus 4. One week later got a call from one of the investors After this process, I was offered the position.
