Quite informal interview process, easy enought questions about previous position and normal questions like what you would bring to company.
Used STAR method on most questions. Main thing is to be yourself , most of company are very tight knit and I think it's important you fit in somewhere in the big cog.

Very thorough, fair, asked alot about customer focus. Good interview over all. Service manager and general manager were nice and professional and gave me time to answer any tricky questions
