Quite thorough in establishing the necessary areas for interviewing. Panel was straight to the point at each stage of interview. Also, created room for role play in answering questions, and questions from the applicant.

Panel of 3 women (of color... I mean that is the most fantastic of ways) they asked more about my reasoning behind certain former jobs very much a panel of mothers who love being motherly. Actually the panel made me feel as though what I had done previously was so important it made me feel good about self and very comfortable throughout the interview
