Interview
I applied for this job online through my schools career center website. I was offered a first round interview which took place at my schools career center. The night before we had our interviews we had a pre-night info session where the interviewers talked to us about the program. The next day there were two interviews, one was behavioral and one was a case. I heard back through email that i moved on to the final round, which was an onsite 2-day event at their regional offices in maryland. The interview process consisted of a group activity a presentation and two separate interviews.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
