Good experience and they were nice to talk to. Gave my previous experience and how it related to the position. They asked me about my strengths weaknesses and how I motivate others.
I had a good interview experience nothing out of the ordinary. They asked all the questions I was expecting with a few curveballs. It was more of a conversations then just asking me questions the whole time.
Received a phone interview and then moved onto in-person interview. Took couple of days for a response back to setup an appointment for the in-person interview. Pretty much straightforward and nothing too difficult.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY)

Numerous questions nothing about the job. Just stress to them you’re a people person.. was supposed to group interview but I said I prefer 1 on 1 because group interviews are childish
