Recruiters and employees went to my campus career fair. I submitted my resume and had an interview on-campus. First one was a buyer then second was one of the HR recruiters. It took me 30 minutes to talk with each person. Typical behavioral questions.

Interview
The on campus interview was only one round, where you switch off between two people for a half an hour each. One was HR while the other was an associate buyer. It was largely personality and behavioral based questions. Both interviewers seemed really nice, which at the same time makes you not know whether you're doing well or not. Since it was a joint buying/planning interview, they try to determine within the interview whether they think you suit buying or planning more and make your offer accordingly.
