I applied online and received an email about one week later saying they would like to set up an interview. I clicked on a link in the email that sent me to a scheduling site and scheduled my interview. When I found the executive office I waited for about 10 minutes and a manager brought me into a conference room. First off, she asked me to tell her a little bit about myself. Then asked me a series of questions. Afterwards she told me she was not sure that cosmetics had anymore positions available at the time and that she would speak to the cosmetics manager and give me a call. As I was walking to the escalator she called my name over the intercom and asked me to return to the office. When I did she said she was able to offer me a seasonal position in the cosmetics department and wondered if I would like it. I asked if i would be able to get commission and they said being a seasonal employee I would not. I thanked her for her time but had to decline because they wanted to pay me $8/hour with no commission.

Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
