The interview was extremely easy and fast. They just went over if I could work her hours and be able to work major holidays or stay over when needed. Of course if your in school they will ask for a copy of your school schedule to be able to work your hours around that particular schedule

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
