I was among the first of 9 candidates to arrive... we were all seated in a conference-type room around a large table, where we waited for about 10 minutes. When the interviewer came into the room, we were asked to sign a sign-in sheet, then went around the table briefly introducing ourselves. The interviewer explained that the position requires complete availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as evenings. After the introductions, we were called in one-by-one. I thought there would be a more thorough individual interview, but I was hastily offered a job, told to come back next week for orientation, and herded out. Overall a pleasant, if not slightly rushed, process. I was only there for about 45 minutes, tops. But I have a job, so no complaints!
