I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Macy's in Feb 2020
Interview
6 days later, and I'm having to call them to follow up (and getting nowhere, just bounced from department to department, and I just had to leave a message on their machine). I seriously doubt I'm still in the running for either job, but I would at least like to hear that from them instead of being ghosted like this. It's disrespectful. Whether you have no experience or 10 years of experience, you should be treated as a professional and be communicated with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you've had to sell someone on something (an idea, product, etc.).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY)
Interview
It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
