Interview was easy, with traditional questions but you need to know well about the company. Kelly was very friendly throughout the interview and made sure that we had a very positive and non pressured atmosphere throughout the process.

I went to the on campus info session. From there they called me back for a 2 part interview. One part technical and one part speaking. Each were 30 min.

Question 1
Regarding the technical portion (theres no math involved). They just give you a list of 4 workers or with with different qualifications and ask you which one you would prefer to coach and why. I don't think there is a right answer to this question but you have to be prepared to back up your reasoning

Interview
I was recruited on campus and participated in several of the networking sessions. I had one-2 part interview. First part was with a HR Manager and the second part was with a Store Manager. I had to analyze scorecard data and present my opinions on how well employees were performing.
