I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
It was 2 15-minute interviews. The first was a behavioral interview, with typical interview questions. The second part was a case question; they gave performance figures for 4-5 hypothetical employees, and I was supposed to judge who was the most in need of training. The interviewer left me alone in the room for 15 minutes, with sales figures, performance evaluations, and other relevant data, then came back at the end of 15 minutes and asked me for my decision and justification.
Straightforward, just standard how would you handle if an employee stole from the store kind of question. Overall, the interview was very simple. If you prepare for your interview you shouldn't have any issues at all.
