It was straight forward. I had one interview, and then the other, and then an e-mail a few months later saying I had not got the job. I did not write a follow e-mail/thank you note in their defense, and I declined my former employer being spoken to as I had to resign because he didn't pay me for 2months.

Interview
Overall a smooth process. First it was a phone call with HR to cover qualifications and skills necessary. Then a video call scheduled with 2 separate managers from the team. Process took about 3-4 weeks
