Interview
I applied to Macy's through my universities career link and got called in for a one on one interview about a week later with an HR manager. The question asked were mostly dealing with leadership capabilities and history. There were a lot of behavioral assesment in the first interview. I was asked to come back about a week later for a full day interview from 10 am to 4 pm, there was about 9 of us and we all had three one on one interviews with VP's and Directors, we also had lunch with the individuals that would interview us. They all once again focused on decision making skills and leadership. I also took two online tests, one was IQ based and the other was behavioral.

There were first four on campus interviews. Then i was invited to an on site interview which was two days long, and consisted of four 30 minute interviews, math test and group project assessment.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy going. Recruiters from Macys came to my university and had two rounds of information sessions. In order to advance to the second information session, you had to be invited by the recruiter to participate. After the second information session, a majority of the candidates were invited to the one-on-one on campus interview. If you pass that interview, they will get in contact with you to attend an on-site interview which is also the final interview.

Interview
The program recruits heavily at my school so I went to one of their meet and greets, met a recruiter and learned more about the program. I applied and accepted an initial interview-- 2 thirty minute back to back interviews. Was accepted to second on-site interview. A full day of activities and interviews with HR and product managers and 2 weeks later got a call with job offer.
