Maharshi Industries interview questions

Interview process is fast and as usual. but after confirmation they did not release offer letter and yet they are forcing to resign and join immediately. Also they are demanding experience letter yet they are not wish that i fullfill my notice period and get my experience letter. Like they are not giving any official documents from their side and forced me to resign and join immediately. After may try i9 have informally started my resignation process in between they are told me now we dont move forward. So they are very unprofessional in this matter. I faced so many difficulties. Be cautious while applying here
