HR phone screening 2 online interviews. 3rd interview was supposed to be an in person interview which I never got the opportunity. Got eliminated in round 2. Overall it was a positive experience however never could understand why I was eliminated.

It was suppose to be a 3 round interview process. - Javascript - React - Manager The first round went well. In second round, the interviewer didn't show up and was rescheduled. The second round was not taken by a web engineer who was suppose to take it. Later a mobile application principle engineer took my interview. I thought the interview was good. I solved the problems. But unfortunately I was not selected. I appreciate the HR who was really professional. He called me and informed the interviewer thought my coding practices aren't upto the mark. I would disagree with it. I was not asked any frontend or react related questions. I solved the coding problem I was given.
