Straightforward, simple process. 3 rounds of interviews, informal conversation to establish rapport, a simple presentation to prepare at home. Very open, nice people, very informal and to the point, go-getters and achievers - would've been a pleasure to work for. Got the nicest rejection letter I've ever read!
