Malicious Women interview questions

At first we had a very good and friendly interaction being interviewed by the owner and her team. Ended the first round well until she told me to bring a candle home and “see what I could do with it” I spent hours and hours coming up with content ideas that did well historically. After I made three separate videos and sent it in, she told me to make a story time video with this candle - mind you I didn’t have the job so I sent in a rough draft of the video, the label was a bit crooked in the video which I addressed when sending in. Not only did she shame me, she ostracized me for not sending in something perfect, mind you putting in hours of unpaid work for a job I “might get.” Owner expected me to shell out free work and not only saying I didn’t get the job but that if I wanted to work at her store front for minimum wage I could. As a creative professional I respect constructive criticism to be better but when interviewing she wanted me to help her build a brand on lies, deceit, and cutting corners.
