Mamou-Mani interview questions

They asked for 2 different social media proposals that I was required to send over to them. It seemed they were looking to get a content strategy for free. After two interviews - one of which was in person - they told me they needed time to think. Then they didn't reply for two weeks. I chased back a couple of times, and they kept saying they needed more time. Needless to say, they never contacted me again, which felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful.
